The expenses for multiple animals can add up quickly. When your goal is to rescue and care for as many as possible, those costs can be immense. Hawkes Homestead is in the process of getting their 501c3 status. With this classification, donations made to the nonprofit can be considered tax deductible, and they can apply for grants. Until this status is reached, Hawkes Homestead relies on the good nature of people to ensure that it can continue operating.
There are several ways that you can help support the Homestead!
- Donate to the PayPal account. This option allows for Hawkes Homestead to use the funds for emergencies, such as barn repairs and medical expenses.
- Join the Patreon. You’ll get bonus content, exclusive livestreams, and first access to items when they go on sale!
- Purchase an item from the Amazon Wishlist. We have an extensive list of items we need regularly, like feed. You can choose one from the Amazon Wishlist and have it shipped directly to the Homestead.
- Send a check. We are in the process of setting up a PO Box, but you can message us to get the address in the meantime!
